Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for visiting the GI Roundtable website.

We hope you will decide to join us for GI Roundtable 2019, the 9th installment of our annual health policy and practice management conference for gastroenterologists and GI practice administrators.

In odd years, GIRT meetings focus on a specific topic that is relevant to all practicing gastroenterologists but may not always receive enough attention at other meetings.

The theme for GIRT 2019 will be “The Human Element of GI Practice”. We will discuss issues such as how to navigate difficult patient encounters, how to increase office efficiencies and how to improve patient satisfaction. There will be tips on how to optimize provider-staff interactions, how to maintain satisfaction in the practice of gastroenterology, and on much more.

And, we will retain the highly rated conference elements of roundtable panel discussions with key GI leaders on strategic and operational practice issues, as well as our VIP keynote lecture.

As always, the general conference format will emphasize exchange of ideas and networking among practice leadership and with industry representatives.

Last not least, we will conduct this meeting at a pleasant, ‘retreat-style’ venue which allows us to have a good time, reconnect with friends, and enjoy an evening reception with live music from outstanding artists

We hope to see you at the Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle in April 2019!

Best regards,

Klaus Mergener, M.D., Ph.D.
