Mr. Rubin is a partner at the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and is regarded as one of the leading attorneys in the country representing independent medical specialty practices in high-stakes litigation and government investigations as well as on health care policy and regulatory issues.
Over the last decade, Mr. Rubin has devoted a substantial part of his practice to serving as counsel to medical associations. At the state level, his clients have included single-specialty and multi-specialty coalitions and medical societies in California, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
