The registration fee for GI Roundtable 2017 is $545 per person.

To register via fax or mail, please download the registration form, complete the form with payment information and fax to 206-299-3623 or mail to: GI Roundtable, 1917 Warren Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109.
To register and pay your fee online, please complete the online registration form below and click the Submit button. After submitting the form you will be automatically directed to our Payment page where you will be able to pay your registration fee with a credit card* via our Authorize.Net payment gateway.

After submitting your registration you will be taken to the Payment Page.
Please do not secure your overnight accommodations or make airline reservations until you have received a formal confirmation of your registration from the GI Roundtable office.
Cancellation Policy: (Important! Please read carefully!): All attendee cancellations on or before February 10, 2017 are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after February 10, 2017 are not eligible for refunds or transfers. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE. Please contact us with questions.
