Stan Thiebaud, born May 27, 1960, received his law degree in 1984 from Baylor University. He serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. His own practice focuses on defense of major medical malpractice suits against physicians and hospitals and business litigation for health care providers. Mr. Thiebaud’s clients include some of the largest hospital systems and physician practice groups in Texas. He has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and has served as president of the Dallas Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Thiebaud has been named one of Texas’ “Super Lawyers” by the publishers of Texas Monthly magazine each year since 2004, recognized in U.S. News and World Report’s Best Lawyers in America, including their recognition as Best Medical Malpractice Attorney-Defense in Dallas and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas. Mr. Thiebaud enjoys volunteerism with a number of faith-based, service and healthcare organizations, including service as Chairman of the Board of Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation.
