Kayla Feld is an associate in the Singapore office of Sidley Austin LLP. Her practice focuses on cross-border compliance and investigations relating to sanctions, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as dispute resolution. In addition to her work relating to regulations on pharmaceutical products and healthcare professionals, she has researched and published on liability issues in the medical sector, including legal and regulatory adverse actions, internet liability and electronic medical record liability.
Prior to joining Sidley Austin, Kayla worked at major international law firms in Singapore, focusing on regulations and compliance and in Paris, France, focusing on Investment Treaty and Commercial Arbitration.
Kayla is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Washington Law School.
