Dr. Jim Weber is the President and CEO of Texas Digestive Disease Consultants (TDDC), the largest gastroenterology group in the United States. TDDC has over 125 board-certified GI physicians and 60 locations throughout Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Fort Worth. Dr. Weber also serves as Medical Director of Lonestar Endoscopy Centers with locations in Southlake, Keller, and Flower Mound.
Dr. Weber graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science, and received his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and his GI Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Weber is a practicing board certified gastroenterologist with a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease. He has been awarded “Doctor of the Year” by the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of North Texas, “Best Doctors in Dallas” by D Magazine, and “Top Doctors in Tarrant County” by Fort Worth Magazine. Dr. Weber is on the executive board of Digestive Health Physicians Association (DHPA). Currently Dr. Weber spends the majority of his time working with the physicians and staff of TDDC to promote quality care for all patients within Texas Digestive Disease Consultants.
